18 U.S.C. § 2257 Record-Keeping Compliance

Compliance Statement

In accordance with the Record-Keeping Requirements and Labeling Act (18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, including the amendments effective August 24, 2024), all visual depictions of sexually explicit conduct (“content”) hosted, streamed, uploaded, or otherwise made available through TheCamsClub platform were produced, published, and are maintained in compliance with the foregoing laws.

All such content depicts only individuals who were at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of the creation of such content.

TheCamsClub is a user-generated content platform. While we do not ourselves produce the content displayed on the Platform, we require all creators to certify compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 as a condition of using our Services. Creators are the “producers” of the content they publish and are responsible for maintaining the required records.

Custodian of Records

The records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. § 75 with respect to content made available through the Platform are kept by the following Custodian of Records:

The title, business address, and telephone number of the Custodian of Records are available upon request to any person, without prior notice, during normal business hours.

Records Location

Records required to be maintained pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. § 75 are located at the principal place of business of TheCamsClub, Inc., in the United States, or at such other address as may be designated by the Custodian of Records and filed with the Attorney General as required.

Individual creators are responsible for maintaining their own § 2257 records at their respective addresses of record, which have been provided to TheCamsClub during the verification process.

Age Certification

TheCamsClub hereby certifies that, with respect to all content made available through the Platform:

• •All performers were at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of the creation of such depictions;
• •All creators have been verified as adults through our third-party identity and age verification provider, Didit;
• •Copies of records evidencing age and identity are maintained by the respective creators and by TheCamsClub in accordance with 28 C.F.R. § 75.2;
• •The date of production, creation, or first publication of content is logged in the Platform's systems and available for inspection.

Scope & Exemptions

This compliance statement applies solely to content produced on or after July 3, 1995, that contains visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2256. Content that does not meet this definition is not subject to the record-keeping requirements.

TheCamsClub does not host, stream, or make available any content depicting individuals under the age of 18 in any context. Any suspected violation of this policy will result in immediate removal, account termination, and referral to law enforcement.

Inspection of Records

Upon request by the Attorney General of the United States or their designee, records will be made available for inspection at the address of the Custodian of Records during regular business hours, in accordance with 28 C.F.R. § 75.5.
