TheCamsClub is a live-streaming community for gaming, music, art, chatting, fitness, cooking, IRL and more. These rules apply to every stream, recording, profile, title, thumbnail, chat message and direct message. Creators agree to them before going live.

Not allowed

• •Nudity or partial nudity, including in thumbnails and profile photos.
• •Sexual or sexually suggestive content, performances, or chat.
• •Offering, advertising, or linking to adult services or adult sites.
• •Any content that sexualises, exploits, or endangers anyone under 18.
• •Harassment, hate speech, threats, or sharing someone's private information.
• •Violence, self-harm, dangerous challenges, or illegal activity.
• •Content you don't have the rights to stream.

Age requirements

You must be 13 or older to join, and 18 or older to stream or buy Sparks.

Reporting

Every stream and profile has a Report option. Reports go to our moderation team, who aim to review them within 24 hours, and faster for streams that are live. Titles, bios and names are also screened automatically; anything flagged is hidden until a moderator reviews it.

Enforcement

1. First violation

The stream is ended and a warning is issued.

2. Second violation

Streaming is suspended for 7 days.

3. Serious or repeated violations

   Permanent ban.

4. Anything involving a minor

Immediate permanent ban, records preserved, and a report to the NCMEC CyberTipline as the law requires.

Every report and decision is logged. Sparks earned on a stream removed for a sexual-content violation may be withheld.
